By accessing or using DayZ AI Tools ("the Service") at dayztools.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
DayZ AI Tools provides AI-powered tools for game developers, including but not limited to: loading screen generation, logo generation, PBO packing, key pair generation, and other creative asset tools. The Service is provided on a credit-based system where certain actions consume credits from your account balance.
Certain features require credits, which can be purchased through our platform.
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Credit costs for each tool or operation are displayed before you initiate any action.
We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.
Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. By making a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
By uploading files to the Service (e.g., for PBO packing or image processing), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit those files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after processing or within 24 hours, whichever comes first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayZ AI Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused credits at the time of termination are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DayZ AI Tools operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
